2011 saw widespread coverage of how social media has been at the heart of real change – the London riots, Occupy and the Arab Spring. While it will be hard to predict exactly what awaits the world in 2012, I’m excited to see how social media will fit in to the mix, and how we can learn from these organic movements to better design targeted behaviour change campaigns online.
